While the location, service, and breakfast were certainly highlights, the facility itself felt a bit outdated. A refresh of the decor and amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's entrance was somewhat hidden and lacked a proper offloading area, which could be a minor inconvenience upon arrival and departure.

On the edge of the old town

Good location to walk to the old town. Receptionist was rather blunt, but the other staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here after a long journey (24 hours in transit) and were relieved to have such a quiet and clean hotel room for our first night in Romania. Not a big hotel in an excellent location

Not a big hotel in an excellent location, walking distance to all the important places. A clean and quiet hotel with a restaurant and a rich and delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff is not so cheerful and does not try to help. For those who value a central place to stay, this is the most suitable hotel.
