"Everything was good , the only thing nobody spoke English"

"Positive: Location is next to entry to Central Park and Lotte Mart. Clean room with walkin closet, good amenities including dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer & dryer. Buffet breakfast has good variety. Good fitness center. Excellent city view. Negative: Washer & dryer not drying well, no swimming pool and spa, lack of cafés and restaurants inside the hotel, no temp room for check-out guest who has to wait for late flight."

"At first i judged hard...but you know when i come back to korea Imma book here again."

"The shower spilled onto floor where the toilet was. Very small stay but good enough if you only plan on sleeping there. Clean. Great location!"

"Great stay in a great location for my family of 6. My teenage kids enjoyed walking out of the hotel and instantly being in the excitement. service was excellent and it was very convenient to have a starbucks up on the next floor to us. Also loved how concenient the laundry room was to use. it was free of charge and we used it several times during our stay. will be staying here again."

"I will certainly not go that place again, and I don't recommend it to future visitors to Seoul. Host wasn't available when I arrived, no email, no phone number, nothing. Another guest who happened to be entering when I arrived gave me her number, then took her around an hour just to answer me and let me in. First night stayed in a very small room, with a very tight bed, which was so uncomfortable. Later moved to another room. Location is great, with many shops nearby and English commonly spoken...

"We had family suite and were satisfied except one of the room didn’t have bed and had only 3” mattress."
