"The property was in a remote village area and was in a quiet location. The rooms were clean and nice. The restaurant was good, though communication with our wait staff was difficult (she only spoke French). We spoke English, Italian and some Spanish. The rooms had no AC. It was a hot summer this year and it wasn't comfortable at night. Parking was ample and easy."

"Avoid at all costs. A false four star hotel, more of a capsule style one to two stars hotel, with inefficient disinterested staff and damaged rooms. Non functional check on computers, a small first come first serve basis shuttle not recommended by the staff and unreliable check in time, kept waiting in the lobby for 6 hours in the lobby until a room was finally made available after four queries and a complaint after the check in time. I would have been kept waiting another thirty minutes af...

"Die Lage am Genfer See ist schon ziemlich klasse. Es ist ein sehr schönes und kleines Hotel mit gutem Service und nettem Restaurant. Allerdings ist die Zuwegung etwas tricky. Am besten man parkt ein paar hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt und holt sich dann dort die Wegbeschreibung zur Garage, die etwas abseits vom Hotel ist. Aber alles kein Problem, die Hotelgarage ist sehr gut. Empfehlung 👍"
