"Enjoy the private pool in room and jacuzzi . It was my Birthday but no extra effort was done by the staff even though they were told I waa 8 pm to 10pm for dinner , got the front desk at minutes after 8pm dinner was over we had to get finger food via food coupon at another area on the property. $100 for flowers petals all over the suite and a few balloon has i walked in. No thought was put into that decor. But over all , We make the beat of our 1 night stay"

"Tub was great breakfast was better then most but over sold. Staff was great. In all hotels lately shower curtains are too short creating a soaked floor. With limited towels this becomes an issue plus it’s just not professional."

"The only thing I like was the staff everyone was nice. The game room was beautiful but our hotel room the shower was disgusting and the hot tub had black stuff flying out of there. I will not ever go back there because the shower is important and the shower was so dirty. It’s looking very rundown. They need to clean the hot tub really bad."

"The breakfast was good and much appreciated. The parking was not ideal and I ended up parking my Sierra 1500 crew cab in the grassy area in front of the hotel entrance. There wasn't enough space around the building, and it wasn't obvious where any additional parking was available. I actually worried a little about the security of the vehicle overnight. We were to get a King bed but were given two queen beds. It worked but my wife and I slept in separate beds which the mattresses were very hard."
