"Easy to get to - right off Hwy 97. Gas across street. A little noisy from road traffic, but left fan on so that helped drown it out Lots of covered parking. Very clean bathroom, big shower, nice quiet fridge, air condioning/heat. Microwave. TV with LOTS of premium channels! Easy checkin, very nice staff. Continental breakfast, (instant coffee though, ick). Went to Starbucks 4 miles away. Or can go to Pilot or Loves right across street. Half the price of other motels! Will definitely use...

"The hotel location is beautiful, and the outdoor seating area overlooking the lake is amazing. It would be even better if they added more outdoor seating, as it's a great place to relax. We stayed in a King Room with a sofa bed, which was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is decent but can be better. Parking is spacious and convenient. One thing I was not satisfied with was the check-in experience. Although we had booked a room with a lake view, which was very important...

"The hallway carpets were filthy. They gave me fist a room with a dirty bed, stinky pillows and smelled cigarette eve though it was supposed to be no-smocking. Then they changed me to other room that smelled ok, but the bathroom was dirty toilet, bathtub with hair, the shower head was leaking from the top."

"Check-In was a lengthy process… Male staff member was unkept…Shirt too small…sweatpants… The combo bath/shower has laminate base pealing…dark grout around lower wall tiles…Grout around The sink was dark and dirty looking… The interior walls of the microwave were rusted at the corners…Didn’t USE it! The TV setting wouldn’t communicate with the remote…Took Two visits by staff to get it to work…No channel Directory available… Door Lock Batteries died…couldn’t get into the room..Male Staff member...

"Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none."

"There cleaning is poor. There is nothing to place you suit cases on. There is no place to set your grooming bag just a sink. The mini frig had no shelves. The towel in bath were sub standard. I wouldn't recommend stay there unless you just needed a flog. Sorry, but that's the facts"
