"Stayed one night. Upon arrival, our room was not yet ready, which was not a major issue. However, I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi, and the front desk was unable to resolve the issue. I was directed to contact the IT service line, but unfortunately they were also unable to assist."

"I had to pay for my room with cash, the front desk said that there machine was broke. My room was very clean, and they were nice enough to leave me a toilet plunger for my plugged up toilet. I have never rented a room that they left a toilet plunger setting in front of the toilet. I can now cross that off of my bucket list, Thank you"

"This property is a joke. I reserved a room based on the fact that they advertised having an open pool, yet, upon arrival the pool had people walking around in it doing repairs. I went to the front desk and politely and professionally asked for a refund. They stated basically too bad too late sorry about your luck and refuse to give me a refund even though it had been 3 minutes since I made the reservation. Just on principle alone I would never reserve a room there."

"Queen bed with 1 pillow, 1 sheet, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth. No mattress pad, no cups, no ice bucket, no fresh towels or trash pickup/room refresh after 5 nights. Our 1st room had a broken refrigerator with mold in it. The remote for the TV didn’t work. No elevator to get to 3rd floor rooms. Breakfast included coffee and powdered creamer, toast, toaster waffles, OJ, 2 kinds of boxed cereal. No eggs, no pastries, no fruit, no yogurt. Carpet dirty and was not vacuumed during our 5-day stay....

"The property is an old motel with minimal if any improvements. The sink in my room had a large unsightly crack in it . I never did get hot water out of the faucet. Not that I used it but the shower curb was poorly caulked and unsightly. The bed was serviceable but that was about it. Wouldn’t recommend staying there."
