"Where do I start, the entry glass door look like a crime scene with all the dirt and smudges on them. The lady at the front desk clerk is not designed to greet guests with professional standards for the hotel industry. The elevator had odors of petroleum, as if the hydraulics were leaking and felt unsafe. The hallway was stuffy, dingey, unsafe and no AC in the building. "We have used this hotel for several years because it is well-located for our visits. They have been fine in the past, but this year they had a major renovation on-going and that was very disruptive. They changed hallway carpet with many tenants in the building. Workers were reasonably quiet, but you had to step over construction debris and avoid stairways that had blocked doors. "I have been to this hotel multiple times and have never once had a problem. The rooms are very well kept and the staff is so friendly. The breakfast is always great. We can always find parking out front which is so much better than most hotels in the area. Will continue coming here anytime we come to the area!!"
