We were fortunate to be the only ones staying so we didn't have any issues with the shared bathroom situation. It was pleasantly warm which was surprising because the house is so big. Breakfast is not included at this property, but otherwise everything was perfect. The beds were really comfortable and the location was convenient both to Monticello and to local restaurants and stores.
