"Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled. Pet friendly..brought our Ragdoll cat. The management was excellent! They were easily accessible via text and responded quickly. Would 100 %...

"The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. The bathroom had about 30+ nets and bugs in it which was pretty gross because they got in the shower as well. The layout of the units is actually very...

"I loved the modern aesthetic and spacious feel of the place. The location was in a cute little area. The room was very clean and well kept. Also, the whole process from start to finish was so easy and how they do the checkin, handle stuff during your stay all the way until after your stay is exceptional. I highly recommend checking out SoSuite all over the city. Recommend: checking out the add-on tabs too it is helpful when needing things to do as well as good parking deals!"

"This property is overvalued for the experience it offers guests. 1. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is extremely inconvenient. 2. The bathroom sink was small without room to place toiletries. 3. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch. Will never consider booking with this business again. Thanks!"
