"The carpet and the bathroom floor were totally free of hair, dirt, or other debris that are frequently present on floors. Even the floor behind the bathroom door was clean.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but since business was very slow, and it is a family owned and run hotel, at times they were not available at the front desk because they were cleaning rooms or doing other duties. But, if you really wanted a staff member, you usually could find one somewhere and then they were...

"There was a damp smell in the property. You can see recent painting on the property. The interior of the room (114) is spartan, and has a recent plank floor installation. There is a split bathroom, the toilet is small and low. The hard water makes the sink faucette hard to operate and every corner of the bath and sink area is dirty. There are no shear window curtains so the customers at the Aldi's store next door are looking into your room."

"The property had just been renovated. However the construction dirt and dust was never cleaned up just wet mopped over. The bathroom door did not close, shower was dirty. The main elevator was non-functional. The outside doors on the side of the building did not close properly and anyone could walk right in anytime, which we did numerous times the other door down by the elevator that worked was propped open with a big piece of wood. The fire dept hook-up was disconnected. Did not feel safe at...

"I think we woke the front desk person up when we arrived early evening on a Saturday. The TV in our room didn't work. The bathroom fan was super loud. Had to call the front desk to get toilet paper because they had less than half a roll upon arrival. Says breakfast included with our stay. Breakfast was cereal and no milk. That's it. Beds were decent tho. Will probably not stay here again unless it was the only option in the area and we were desperate."
