Dear Guest,I am happy to read that you were satisfied with the room, however please accept our apologies for the inconvenience due to the daily cleaning process.Regarding the do not disturbe sign, we do have a button next to the door from inside of the room that you can switch on to indicate to the cleaning ladies that you do not want the room to be cleaned. I am afraid the hanger you mentioned was maybe the in-room breakfast requesting form.
