Transport was very close. Eating options were very close. Hotel is not very clean. When ever you reach the counter for any issue there response is that they cannot do anything until manager comes back and manager is there just in the morning. Manager was very helping but overall it is not worth the price as it is not what you would expect from a 4 star and for the price you pay.

My room was extremely hot. Found it too warm to sleep. Was told only the AC was working but that they were aware it was not cooling effectively. Could have used a fan in the room at least. Otherwise staff was helpful and stay was good.

Great location and helpful staff. Beds comfy, however the rooms were a bit worn down and dated. Plenty of restaurants and cafes, but parking extremely expensive.

I had a bad experience the first night. They had issues with pipes and there was no running water. Then heater was not working. They fixed all the next day. Front desk manager Atilla was extremely helpfull.

Main restaurant wasn’t open although it says on the website it was. Rooms on 1st floor had been refurbished but not ours on the 3rd. Staff at reception answered questions but not openly helpful.

Convenient and good location
I would honestly stay here again, it's so convenient and close to almost everything. Definitely a good central hotel, clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Excellent place in down town. Close to a lot of touristic places. I didn´t like the poor maintenance; the curtains fell and no one came to fix it. The refrigerator was broken and no one came to fix it. I think they can do better.

Hotel in buona posizione a due passi dalla metro Blaha lujza ter, fermata bus e tram, personale reception cordiale Daniel in particolare si é dimostrato un vero professionista. Camera (nel nostgo caso 3 persone) piccola, dovevi salire sul divano letto per aprire le tende e le finestre, dotazione camera scarsa,manca tutto quello che un 4 stelle offre :acqua free solo all'arrivo, mini bar vuoto, set da bagno come cuffie per la doccia, vanity set, spazzolino o ciabattine. Pulizia della camere insufficiente quando la effettuano ( su 4 notti prenotate due volte la stanza non è stata rifatta) non ti cambiano ne puliscono i bicchiere e le tazze, il lavandino non viene pulito così come lo specchio, non vi scandalizzate se al posto dell tappetino del bagno trovate un asciugamano per il viso, assurdo. Buona la qualità del sonno, buona insonorizzazione nonostante la strada trafficata, scomodi i cuscini piccoli e quadrati.Buona la colazione per il salato, scarsa per il dolce, prodotti di pasticceria surgelati e di bassa qualità, succhi da erogatore solo arancia o mela . La sala colazioni chiude alle 10 ma non scandalizzatevi se alle 09,20 non trovate cornetti per loro é normale, ma dovrebbero sapere o qualcuno dovrebbe ricordargli che la colazione é un servizio che va offerto dall'apertura alla chiusura , offrendo alla clientela gli stessi prodotti, sempre. Buono il servizio bar, personale cortese sorridente e professio Nel complesso a parte degli spiacevoli inconvenienti, consigliato.

Excellent service. The team was really good listener and willing to help. The carpet in our room looked old and would need a refresher and the bathroom could be cleaner. Nevertheless we could go back as the location is just convenient

On arrival we were given a room with overhead shower on a deep bathtub which was impossible for me to use. Fortunately a room with a walk in shower was available. The room was cold the aircon didn’t work but we were able to open the window. The lighting was shocking, only one chair available to sit on, a horrible carpet all very outdated.The restaurant was beautiful but only open for breakfast which was a shame. Very limited food menu in the bar. The staff were pleasant.

This property locates just upstairs of metro and many bus stops. However, this hotel is super SUPER DIRTY and old. I never see any hotel dirtier than this one. Hair on the pillow case, iniside towel, on the bed. And there are countless hair on the floor and nobody hoovers it. I also saw other guests also argue with the reception for the cleaning issue. Really hope you don't try it. Too dirty!

Fin hotel med plads til Forbedringer
Et hyggeligt hotel, ligger godt centralt i forhold til sporvogns nettet 5 min fra centrum. Eneste minus er morgenmaden trist og kedelig og den indtages i det man vil kalde for en gammeldags spise sal, dårlig akustik. Mit råd bestil uden morgenmad køb den i byen. Så er hotellet godt til prisen. Mvh Jesper
