"The outside communal areas were clean and functional with good views of the mountains, the pools were clean and well maintained. The rooms were tired and could do with an upgrade. The female bar staff were somewhat surly, but the male staff were friendly. The all inclusive system was a challenge in itself and could do with being streamlined! This was after hours it was hard to give a time for our arrival, but Simone stayed and helped us in - even though we arrived almost at 11pm. The worst part was the "All inclusive" concept, it was quite vague. Just soft drinks were included, no cocktails (7-10 Euro each), and even more strange, Coke was included but Diet Coke was not. Not recommended for people visiting expecting a real All-Inclusive. "
