"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pictures representing the hotel however, were misleading. They made the rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area appear considerably larger than they were. For a bargain price, I would have been satisfied, however, for the exorbitant price we paid, I expected more."

When I finally checked in, I noticed that the hotel was old and had a musty odor that was poorly masked by an air freshener. I confronted the front desk agent about my attempts to reach them. They informed me that the previous shift had turned off the phones, and they were unaware of the situation. I also contacted my third-party vendors who handled my reservations, but they insisted that they could do nothing regarding the hotel’s lack of communication. Overall, this was unequivocally the worst experience I’ve ever had."

"Wonderful experience. Juat passing through, stayed 1 night. What stood out most was how Wonderful the room smelled! Never had a hotel room smell so fresh! The night clerk was very nice and swift at getting us a room in a timely manner."
