"The hotel grounds are gorgeous. Mountain views with beautiful plants and roaming llamas and peacocks. Breakfast was delicious and the playground fun for kids. The only down side are the beds were very uncomfortable in our room. If you like an extra firm mattress this is the place for you"
"La Carolina is a modern brand name hotel with great views of Quito. The room was spotless and featured wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Parque La Carolina. About a 10-minute walk from the upscale shopping/dining area near Avenida Naciones Unidas or Iñaquito subway station. Breakfast is sumptuous.
