Me asignaron la habitación en Octavo piso con ventana descompuesta, reporte el problema y jamás lo atendieron pero lo peor fue que el fin de semana se quedaron sin agua por más de 3 horas, solucionaron el tema y jamás llamaron para avisar que el servicio estaba restablecido menos pedir una disculpa. Me hicieron firmar un depósito de garantía por 100 dlls y al primer consumo que se cargó a la habitación de inmediato volvieron a cobrar otros 100 dlls lo cual es injusto ya que tenían una tarjeta con boucher abierto para poder cobrarse.
