Amazing Stay

Illum is a fantastic hotel- the staff were all so helpful and friendly. Gave us tips and advice. The hotel breakfast was great- fresh fruit, nuts and homemade baked goods. We really enjoyed our stay. 10/10

The Best of Palermo and Buenos Aires

Great location in the heart of Palermo. Walking distance to great cafes, bars, and restaurants. Subway close as well with access to all that Buenos Aires has to offer. And we can’t forget that the front desk agents are so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Wish we had more time to spend here. Highly recommend this if you want a true Argentinian experience.

El hotel queda en Palermo y está en el centro de infinidad de restaurantes y bares. Barrio seguro y con mucha vida. El personal del hotel muy profesional y siempre amables. El desayuno muy bueno pero deberian variar un poco pues estuvimos 7 dias y ofrecieron lo mismo. Leandro en recepción muy atento! Vovleria de nuevo.

I loved having a face cloth . Honestly all hotels that use liquid soap should have face cloths . Frustrations were always having issues trying to shut the lights / fans off / on : the switches are just 😞. However the bottles of wine left made up for that . Thank you

El hotel es super cómodo y ofrece lo que puedes necesitar para una buena estadía en Buenos Aires. Gonzalo y Denisse estuvieron siempre pendientes de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor. Incluso si se presenta algún inconveniente ellos hacen lo mejor para solucionarlo y hacerte sentir en casa. Disfrutamos mucho de los tours recomendados por el hotel y del Show de Tango La Ventana. El lugar y el servicio es magnífico, muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones agradables. Gustavo y Denisse estuvieron siempre pendientes de que nuestra experiencia fuera la mejor, incluso si un inconveniente se presenta ellos están siempre proactivos a solucionarlo. La comida muy rica en el hotel y el tango show en la ventana que reservamos a través del hotel fue espectacular!
