Schon beim Betreten des Hotels merkt man, dass alles gepflegt ist – sogar der Flur riecht angenehm. Das Frühstück bietet eine große und gute Auswahl. Heute gab es Frühstück bis 11 Uhr, allerdings haben gegen 10 Uhr einige Sachen gefehlt. Das Personal war jedoch sehr aufmerksam und hat alles schnell wieder aufgefüllt. "Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out. Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils. I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could...

"We booked 3 nights in a hotel apartment. The first night we spent in a small room and it was not the same apartment we booked, the reception closes at 1pm so we couldn't do anything. The next day we spoke to the only receptionist there who couldn't speak English and was using a translation app, she admitted the mistake and promised to try to exchange the room for an apartment or deduct the city tax which is a very small amount! Fortunately they were able to change rooms but due to lack of time...

Man skal henvende sig i deres hotel nede i byen før kl 15.30, have udleveret nøgle og billetter, gå 300 meter, op med den gamle romantiske lift, gå om til hotellet 👍 Det giver lidt motion, og man skal nok have pakket lidt fornuftigt! Fantastisk udsigt, dejlige schnitzler 🤗"

"We found this hidden gem after deciding to stay in Hartzen for another day with our two little kids. It is located by a nice creek and a lovely little public playground which my kids had great pleasure taking adventures around. Furthermore, it is obvious that the (friendly) manager cares for the place. Had a great talk with him! The staff was pleasant and the location is truly unique. Great stay, dinner and breakfast for a very decent price. Great service too. Definitely gonna book more days...
