"The room was clean the king's size room had a table in it. For 2, almost like it used to have 2 queen-sized beds in there. But then they switched it to one bed. So they added the table had a refrigerator iron. Irony, board, microwave coffee pot.Uh, crappy little soap bar only got one. The lobby staff behind the counter. "Room was clean. Staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived. My husband uses a rollator/walker and we had a late check in. The gentleman who checked us in offered to help with our luggage, and assisted us with the luggage cart when we arrived at our room. The breakfast and cleaning staff were also very helpful and friendly. I read some of the reviews that said the hotel had changed through the years and I was a little leary about staying there. We could hear someone in the next room snoring all night, as well as kids on the upper story running around, and people getting in and out of cars/yelling at the shopping center across the parking lot. And there was only one tiny trashcan in the entire room. No trashcan in the bathroom at all."

"Our experience was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting and even found a used bandage in the bed sheets. When brought to hotel’s attention, nothing was done. We even had Expedia get involved and still nothing has been resolved or even attempted."
