"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

"The staff were friendly and service was prompt. The setbacks were the rate charged which did not correspond to the facilities. I booked a family room and it was not what I expected. Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty. The layout of the room is very disappointing. The air cond is placed in the wrong location. And the car park is to be shared with the customers...

"Pertama kali check in jauh sikit dari town Taiping. tapi distance ok cuma less than 8km. tempat cantik, sunyi, kawasan safe, kakitangan semua bagus. "The beds were big but the toilet was horrendous. Not even a proper window, it was kind of closed with a shutter half way. So the mosquitos got in and I found rat poo. Don’t stay here what ever you do. Hediuos smell too "
