"Cleaning poor!!,receptionist’s very bad communication no one answered phones .,plus facilities not as they advertised supposed to be heated pool but was freezing .Panels inside the indoor pool was open and rain was coming down.
Indoor pool dirty and was sand and press on nail there for 2 days.
Spoke to the receptionist 3 times and nothing been fixed.Our Corridor was dirty and we haven’t seen anyone that presents to clean.
No vacuum cleaner and only was broom was provided and no dust pan .

"Our cabin was clean and the linens were bright and new. Our cabin was lake side and very quiet. We were told there was no internet and limited Foxtel but there was shelves of DVD's to choose from for free. "

"Enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Seaside Holiday Resort Final Bay. The room had everything you would expect including milk and coffee. They are very clear in their communications that they don't make up beds (and charge a fee to do so), but that doesn't make it ok. It's unfortunate that this kind of cost cutting (along with extremely limited reception hours) is becoming common after Covid, and also feels unhygenic. I would be more likely to stay again if they offered full service, for this price...

"Located on a quiet street with private parking. Close to beaches and restaurants. A/C was not working well and rooms were not pre-cooled prior to arrival. Very clean and comfy basement apartment."

"Super gemütlich und romantisch. Mitten im Nirgendwo mit einem atemberaubenden Nachthimmel und absoluter Ruhe. Abends kann man den Kängurus beim Grasen zuschauen und morgens wird man vom Sonnenaufgang und den Vögeln geweckt. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und es gibt eine kleine Hütte mit allerlei Spielen und Haushaltsbedarf, wo man sich einfach bedienen kann. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, wer dem Trubel entfliehen will, wird hier das Paradies finden.
Einziger Nachteil ist das man das...
