"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler. The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."

"This property is older however it’s very clean, affordable and was perfect for our overnight. The shuttle to the airport was prompt, professional and personable. The front desk was extremely friendly & helpful"

"A hidden gem. This was a former Hampton Inn but it was just as good as any big name hotel. Rooms were clean and everything was working. Comfortable beds and lots of parking. Excellent gym."

"The building itself was very clean and the room was spacious. There is definitely a staffing issue, requiring the doors to be locked during normal business hours and waiting for assistance. Not a huge deal, just something to note."

"Our group of four had a very pleasant experience at the hotel for the 2026 NFL Draft. The hotel staff and hotel manager were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The manager went out of her way to follow up on one minor issue that we brought up to her. The room was very clean, and they even offered a free shuttle service to local restaurants, stores, etc... (within 3 miles). We would definitely stay here again when in the Pittsburgh area!"

"We only received housekeeping for 1 day of a 5 night stay. And.i had to ask for that. They do housekeeping every other day per the assistant manager andmsigns.on the bathroom mirror. I spoke with the assistant manager before we left and she stated she would contact expedia and we would get a refund for one night. She contacted expedia and did what she was supposed to do but Expedia has dropped the ball saying a refund has been issued when it has not. The lack of housekeeping issue is why I...

"Hotel is under Reno’s, they are doing their best to keep it clean but there is only so much that can be done. The area that has been renovated looks great (it is more of a heads up). I like this hotel and location. We stayed on 4th floor, which clearly had been renovated and have absolutely no complaints about our room. Staff was friendly and very helpful."
