"Outdoor pool was awesome, used it every day. This is a budget hotel, so keep that in mind. Cute courtyard in the middle with pool and small hot tub. Our room was a one bed suite so lots of space, with pull out bed we could still add a blow up mattress. There we four of us, two adults, two teenagers. Room was a bit beat up and not super clean (sheets and towels and bathroom was clean, but overall room needed a more thorough wipe down). Breakfast room was packed tho, it was bonkers every morning at all times and they really needed more staff to manage it and restock, it was kind of ridiculous honestly. Staff were always helpful and polite tho. Overall good experience for what you pay for."

"the staff were really friendly and nice, especially (prosper) in breakfast room was one the nicest and polittest person i meet in all of my trips. he was so helpful and really nice to everyone as i seen. i believe he deserve trophy, thank you👏. however it was an old room and we could not move around easy.and there was a few bugs on the window curtain that i believe they came from airconditioning hole.we could not turn off the aircondition because without it there was no clean air around. overall performance was people was great but room not that so much"

"The room was clean and cozy! Loved that we had a small couch space. Really enjoyed the a/c it definitely helps beat the heat when you needed a break from being out and exploring! The location was very convenient for what we needed and was short drive to the west Kelowna wineries! The shower could use little upgrade as the water doesn’t fully go through the shower head. However we still fully enjoyed the breakfast and our stay it was the perfect place to have a girls weekend!"

"The hotel is older and the bathroom has all yellow fixtures- TV us not a smart TV- ac was very nosey. We had to switch rooms for the 2nd night as our ac was not working. Staff were very easy to deal with and would have provided another room the first night but they were all booked. Breakfast was ok had bagels, yogurt, cereals, boiled eggs and juice. Everything you need to start your day! Location was amazing"

"The hotel itself and rooms were nice and clean, staff were great to deal with, only thing was the pool was not yet open and under renovations and same with the breakfast area, was not finished so no breakfast with your stay. I would stay again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the gym was well equipped and perfect for keeping up with our workouts while traveling. Overall, the excellent service, great facilities, and welcoming atmosphere made this a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
