"This hotel sits just outside of town with plenty of space and a relaxed vibe. Great fitness center and outdoor pool. If you are taking public transportation, ignore the directions from Google Maps. There is a bus (Number 17) that runs from the Renens train station (Renens Vd, 14 Avril) and stops near the hotel (Bussigny, Cocagne). Both the bus and train are free with a Lausanne Travel Card, given out to anyone staying in a hotel in the area! Plenty of shopping and dining options along the bus 17 route."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Le Lac. The hotel was nice enough, and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the dining room was particularly impressive — very elegant and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a nice hotel with a great breakfast, although the room décor felt a little tired and would benefit from an update. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave we experienced."

"The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel."
