"Check in was disappointing. Was told numerous times checking was at 3pm , which I knew. Reception didnt offer to hold 1 suitcase whilst we had lunch & waited for check in. Reception told us there was no 'shuttle' from resort to park. Was requested to show reception where it mentions shuttle bus on website. I found this extremely rude & condescending. I found proof & showed reception. I didnt receive an apology. I was fortunate enough to be able check in before 3pm."

"I was in room 7 for 3 wonderful nights. It was cozy and 10 steps away from Main Syreet Hahndorf. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Also the Berry jam shop is not too far away by car. I rated the amenities as a 4 instead of 5 as the shower curtain did nothing to stop water from soaking the carpet. I'd suggest a glass screen door replace the shower curtain to protect the carpet. I highly recommend this boutique hotel."
