"We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience."

"A little dated but very clean, breakfast was standard, drinks and dinner at night were a nice touch. Originally I was on the top floor and the AC did not keep up and was warm. As some visit to the front desk and was moved to a lower floor and was nice and cool. Overall nice property and has that "resort" feel. One guest referred to it as their "stay-cation"."

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised. The pictures are misleading. The property is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. There was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways. The hallway carpets were stained, worn, and felt filthy. Our room was dirty when we arrived, and several amenities were broken, making our stay even more frustrating. The rooms are outdated and in need of major renovations. For the price, this hotel did not...

"Starting with the check in, that went well. The employees were very welcoming, helpful and polite, making check in a breeze and comfortable. The room was nice, clean and very roomy. Only downfall was the TVs were outdated so no streaming services were provided(Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) just regular cable. Also the room did not have central air(A/C) they had loud noisy window units that couldn’t sustain cooling such a big space. Having it been a Marriott I feel things Iike that should be updated...

"I witnessed people walking the parking lot pulling on doors in an atempt to make entry & possibly rob possessions. I brought this to the hotel staffs attention, but nothing was done. The room itself had issues of its own. Bedding/Sheets riddled with stains & a dirty restroom."
