"The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again."

"Two delightful stays a week apart. Staff and manager are great, accommodating, and ready to help in any circumstance. The distance centre was closed as were the ground floor handicap, bathrooms, I understand that these were both construction."

"I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

"This place really almost gets it right. Im on the 5th floor. The carpet is just absolutely disgusting. For days it isnt vacuumed and there are no less than 3 large, dark stains in the middle of it. The 2nd and 3rd floors had decent, clean carpeting - the 5th floor is just forgotten I guess. Front desk is routinely unmanned - which can be frustrating. HOWEVER - exterior of property is clean and kept. Rooms are large and so is the TV. Price is great too...so there's that :)"

"The room was disgusting. Smelled like cigarettes. They tried to put a spray but then the floor was all oily and slippery and when we came back from supper the smell was there again. My sister’s room had hair on her sheets. The shower head was going on the ceiling. And the bath all rusted. Never again ! However the staff was nice but room still horrible."

"the property was so incredibly dirty. thank god we brought our own sheets and blankets. the bed had stains on it. the towels in the bathroom were clearly unclean. the floors....ill just say do not walk around without shoes on. there was what appeared to be feces smeared on the bathroom door and spots of what looked to be blood on the wall near the light switch in the bathroom. our room had a bad odor that was clearly attempting to be covered by a horrible smelling febreeze. just save yourself...

"The reception desk gave me the room key for a room that was already occupied. I never got my wake-up call. There were no amenities in the room. The hotel shuttle worked well."
