"DIRTY TOP BED COVER- SHOWED OWNER WHAT LOOKED LIKE A PIECE OF CHEESE AND HE SHOOK HIS HEAD AND OFFERED A 10% NEXT TIME"

"We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!"

"We reserved a double queen bed room and when we arrived they put us in a single bed room. A double bed. For myself, my sister, and my 18 year old son. They had to bring us a rollaway bed which was hard as a rock and the actual bed in the room was slanted and uneven. Thankfully we only needed it for one night but we won’t be staying here again. No offers of reduced rates or anything for our situation. "

"First room assigned had not been cleaned. Had food and trash, along with cigarette butts and smoke (in a non-smoking room). I understand that the misuse of the room was not management's fault, but that of the prior occupants. However, there should have been protocols in place to insure that rooms are cleaned and noted as such before new guests arrive. The front desk person was very apologetic and noticeably frustrated that this occurred, and when she told another staff member it was shrugged...

"Leaking bathroom sink tile, TV freezing up, microwave halfway worked, keys to open doors kept having to be updated, breakfast could have been better, noisy, no elevators, and the cost of the room was too much for what they offered."

"This place was absolutely fantastic, from cleanliness to staff friendliness! The amenities were extremely useful! The gym had relevant equipment that was not dated! It included 2 separate rooms, one spacious space for weight training, one more intimate space for yoga/calisthenics. Maybe the gym was my favorite part! There was also a pool area (indoor). The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance.
