"I didn’t like the toilet roll holder which kept falling down. The toaster needs replacing. Shelf in the wardrobe needs fixing. 2 face washers should have been supplied for 2 people. Toiletries were insufficient for 2 people. A little more attention needed in the cleaning ie crumbs in the toaster cupboard and the kettle needed a good wipe over. The staff were excellent. Extremely helpful and polite. "

"Zimmer schön und groß. Check-in nervig lang. Ein Praktikant hatte dieses übernommen. Dauerte 15 Minuten. Dann wurde ich nochmal zurückgeholt und musste erneut meine Heimatadresse angeben, obwohl dies normalerweise immer schon vorhanden ist. Bekamen ein Zimmer im 17 Stock. Und stranden vor verschlossener Türe, da die Karte falsch codiert war. Also wieder mit Aufzug runter zur Rezeption . Man sollte einen Praktikanten bitte beaufsichtigen, wenn er den Check-in durchführt . Zimmer soweit ok....
