"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

Many stains on walls, wallpaper coming off, carpet stains, dust on lamps, gunk in corners of sink/countertop, grimy windows, very firm bed and pillows, poor wifi connection and air conditioning barely worked. We were exhausted from traveling so didn't request a different room (as I assume most travelers are since it's literally a hotel by the airport) so we can't say if all rooms had the same issues.
