"I reported a complaint with the hotel as well as sent a lengthy email to Stay Hotel airport LIS as well as their Corp. office when I was there. The one staff was terribly rude but other staff members did apologise for his behavior. Couple nights later he did apologise to me after probably being reprimanded by his fellow staff or managers.
I’ve stayed here at this hotel many times and not had issues especially of this magnitude. "

"Convenient for 1 night as it is 5m walking distance to the airport. Small clean room. Breakfast buffet was good. On the negative side, there was a strong smell of “cheap perfume” on the whole floor. Cleaning products they use maybe? Anyway they should address that as many reviews complain about it. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Upon Vila. The check-in and checkout processes are easy and convenient.
