The room was lovely and clean, we went to a light dinner which was excellant and very good value. The staff was very accommodating and helped with our bags down the stairs.

The staff were so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and truly magnificent. We were in Shannon for a dear friends funeral and while that was very difficult the staff made it so much easier.
