"Honestly I do not recommend this place. You will get charged every little fee possible. WiFi. Extra fee. Parking extra fee. Breakfast extra fee. Hotel fee. Etc. And the list goes on. I’d rather pay a premium for a premium experience. Staff wasn’t knowledgeable and with the construction happening in the check in area this place was a pass. So why the 3 stars???? Room was nice and that’s about it. Good luck. Not recommended by me"

"The Bar and lounge area were great. Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was that the pool was not open."

"The overall experience was a breeze. We stayed only 1 night for Ariana Grande and its safe to say this is a great place if youre looking to stay only for one night. I do see myself coming back for future vacations here, as its really close to LAX and Hawthorne Airport."

"The negatives: Our room's AC did not work more than few hours and the repair person had to come to our room several times to fix it (the AC failed again). We moved to another room once there was a room available to save ourselves from 84 degrees in the room. The room with failing AC was also very dusty and combined with heat, it was definitely less than ideal situation for vacation with family, plus, I did not find it thoughtful when one staff told me to pay extra to change rooms to get a...
