"The views were nice, but this felt like we stayed at a 2 star hotel- Outdated rooms, many stains on room 2311’s carpets, stains on the drapes, terribly slow service at the restaurant (shouldn’t take almost 1.5 hours for breakfast; then to learn the cook went on break, which is why we sat so long). The manager was dismissive of our concerns and unpleasant to encounter. An overall negative experience."

Feedback: --The mattress was too soft for my liking. -- The bathroom light flickers first before coming on.
