"We had a great stay at this location! The staff is very helpful and personable. It was close to Universal - which is why we came to the area. Rooms are spacious. Beds were a bit uncomfortable/thin and the showers did not have much water pressure but that would be our only minor complaint. $45 amenity fee per night covers a continental breakfast(pastry, granola/yogurt, and fruit cup). $50 per day covers valet parking. They offer room service as well it was pricey but the food was delicious....

"We arrived around 6pm. Check in was 4pm. One of our 3 rooms wasn't ready but by the time we finished checking in, it was good to go! I didn't get the front desk lady's name but she was so helpful and kind. Actually, ALL staff were helpful and kind! For the price we paid, amenities were abundant. The free breakfast was organized and easy to find. The only thing I could complain about if I had to is the noise- however, a quick Google maps search showed me it was right by the 5 freeway ramp.
