"My stay at the hotel was pretty pleasant overall. The AC unit worked properly, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The main issue I had was trying to contact the front desk or room service. Whenever I called, no one answered the phone. The only reason I needed to reach them was because, while we were out of the room, we did not want housekeeping to enter due to valuable items we had inside. I also needed fresh towels, but because I could not get anyone on the phone, I ended up having to go all the way to the front desk to request them. The other issue that concerned me was on our last day. While we were getting ready to check out, the system apparently showed that we had already checked out. We were still in the room packing and getting dressed when someone attempted to enter the room to service it. This happened twice. Both employees apologized, but I was concerned about how the system showed that we had already checked out when we had not. Aside from those issues, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would just recommend improving communication with the front desk and making sure the check-out status in the system is accurate to prevent situations like this from happening again."

"Very nice hotel on a good location with everything just 5 mins away. Big shopping plaza just right at the back of the hotel. Staff was very nice and I was really surprised by the hotel- it was soo neat and clean and rooms are really spacious. Rooms looks like the new rooms - they are very huge with a mirror on the side and bathroom is also very huge. Its very rare to find these kind of hotel with free parking and staff was very friendly and kind. It was my first time in LA and our plan was for Universal studios. Every hotel is charging for parking except this one. They have a really cute cafe insode where you can buy anything in the breakfast and have something in the day too. Now this hotel will be my go to hotel everytime when I come to LA. Do not think - Just book it. Very reasonable price on a very best location."

"My recent stay at Citizen M in LA was fantastic. It has been my best experience with a hotel yet. Everything was superb to the staff, building and rooms. Very modern and cozy, perfect for one or two people. The only thing I would recommended is a bin shoot in the corridor as the bin inside the hotel room is extremely small. I loved my stay here. Highly recommend."
