"Hello, Room served its basic purpose, a place to sleep and shower. When we opened the room it had a smell like it eas not opened in weeks, we had to leave the door open for almost 1 hour. chair on the desk was broken and it's a risk for an accident. The sofa looked old and had faded color with a little ottoman tha didnot match anything. "Check in went smooth. Lady at check-in wasn't as friendly but the lady at check out was great, she was super friendly. She just had a good vibe about her. So nice to see in a hotel setting. Lyft to the airport was great too. It's why I booked this hotel. Room was super nice. King size was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
