"The property is pet friendly which allowed me to bring my two cats.. I had a premium room which had an amazing view of the lake. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pension provided suhur and Iftar so I didn’t have to go searching and making reservations. Everything was good except that there were ants which seem to be an ongoing issue according to other comments. I had stayed in a different room a week earlier and that one had ants as well. Seems to be a seasonal issue. I understand that ants are difficult to get rid of but it can be a huge turn off for many. The other issue with this room was the sewer smell coming from the bathroom. My previous room didn’t have that. Also be aware that there are only 3/4 parking spaces out front. After that you park a block away and have to hike up an incline. "

"The hotel could do with being updated. More beverages to be supplied in the rooms. There was only one satchet per person per night. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff on reception and at breakfast were lovely and friendly. "

"The staff is so wonderful and we just loved our suite. It is conveniently located à few minutes from the beach and bicycle path that goes straight to Fethiye city center. The suite itself is modern and has a washing machine and dishwasher. Supermarket and outdoor markets are a short distance away. All this to say À HUGE THANK YOU to Besste and Mehmed in particular and we will be back. "

Parking listed as available-closed, furniture black with pilled off paint, in the rooms no space for third suitcase, bathrooms outdated and leaking everywhere, and worst: bed bugs. "2nd time staying here and had a beautiful spacious room, thank you! Staff really welcoming and we went to the NYE event which was fab! The 1st time we stayed in November, they charged us for wine glasses which I think is a little unfair. I think a deposit should be sufficient. But we came again and our 2nd visit really made up for it. Lovely decor and so clean. Car parking is a little difficult though but location fantastic and breakfast was lovely! We will come again "
