"The check in went smoothly. Then we got to our room and struggled to open the door. When we got in our room was 25 degrees. Back to the desk to get ac on. Then out for dinner and returned to a door that would not open. Back to the desk again. Toilet also ran on and on."

"Cute capsule hotel. Lovely, spacious bathroom, with main room essentially the size of the bed, with under bed storage for luggage. Clean and efficient and well laid out. Sound insulation was fantastic, we had some great sleeps. Be aware that if you travel with more than a carry on, this likely is not the hotel for you."

"Ok hotel had no wardrobe in the room had to keep clothes in my personal bag also public bathroom but nowhere to put clothes.did not have breakfast looked a bit short on choice. Good points the staff were very pleasant and the location was great.it was in a side street very near Amsterdam Centraal and plenty of shops and cafes. Overall surprisingly good"

"Great location in a residential neighborhood so it is nice and quiet - away from the hubbub of the city core. Transit by bus into Amsterdam Centraal is just a short walk away. Hotel has a cool vibe and the staff were super accommodating."

"For the price point the place is pretty good. It is in the centre of the Red Light District so you need to expect some noise i to the night. The stairs are typical for that age of building... would not recommend if you have a big bag and/or are old. I'm only in my 60's so it was OK for me. Security is adequate and the breakfast was reasonable. "
