"we were there in the winter so there wasn't much to do in the actual hotel. The staff was nice
We had all we needed
It came with everything in the pictures"
"We had a great stay. Family of 4 staying mid to end of September. The hotel was kept clean all of the time, room was lovely and also cleaned each day.
Facilities at the time we went were good. Water slides and pool options for the kids were great and clean. Sunbeds readily available, as with most hotels it’s first come first served for the spot you get.
The food and drink choices I would describe as Ok all inclusive food and drink, nothing spectacular, nothing massively tasty but all acceptable and topped up regularly. The pool snack bar is open all day so snacks between meal times were always available. Good choice on the Cocktail menu but they all tasted average.
Animation and entertainment was Ok, I’ve been to hotels that have done a lot better with this… But it was there and the kids enjoyed it.
The beach, shops and market stalls and beach are all within a 5-10min walk.
If the price is right we will definitely be returning next year, that probably the best compliment I can give it."
"I visited in June and loved it, so we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed with the room we received. The balcony door wouldn’t open, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and for five people, the balcony was so small that there was barely any space for us.
The food was the same every single day. Back in June, it wasn’t like this, so instead of improving, things have gone downhill. The food wasn’t very tasty either, and the snack bar served the exact same options daily with no variety.
"
"Great range of food and drinks options for the price with around 6 cocktail options, beer, wine, juice and spirits plus the ability to ‘choose’ your own drinks using the spirits, juice and flavours available. Bar staff were incredibly attentive however some of the staff at the restaurant were rude and homophobic.
For an all inclusive the meals were decently varied and tasty with a good selection of options although the lack of clear labelling and buffet style would be difficult for those with dietary requirements and allergies.
Rooms were alright although slightly rough around the edges and a room for three has poor sleeping arrangements for the third person.
Location is easily walkable to the beach (15 minutes), the strip is a 25 minute walk and there are lots of little supermarkets and 24/7 shops nearby if you want to get any little things.
Aquapark and slides was definitely a highlight with four big slides and a good mix of options for different ages. While I wouldn’t pay to use to the aquapark if I were at a different hotel I think it was a great deal being included in the hotel stay price"
