"This hotel is under construction and it smells and is musty. It is very old and dated with worn carpet, etc. Beds are not very comfortable. Definitely don't stay until the construction is over and it is updated."

"Rooms were clean, staff was excellent and pool was awesome. Elevators during our stay broke; we were actually 4 of the individuals stuck in it for 5-7 minutes. Breakfast is minimal, and non complimentary. No complaints otherwise. Close to airport and convenient"

"They were renovating, so parking was horrible. There must have been a baseball & basketball tournament because lots of kids running up and down the halls late at night, sounded like basketballs dribbling on the floor. Young kids running unsupervised. Even sounded like the renovation crew was on floor above us working past 9:30 p.m. Hard to rest."

"The parking was full but there was a back up plan. Someone did get access to our room and attempted to enter, which was terrifying (for both parties). A bit more communication and coverage for the online booking is necessary so that won't happen again. Breakfast starting so early and transportation are both great amenities through here as well."

"If you’re going to a beautiful place like Pittsburgh, you should not be spending a lot of time in your hotel room. This hotel was perfect for what I needed a comfy bed and a good free breakfast It’s the perfect hotel to explore PNC Park and Pittsburgh from, staff was friendly as well, and the rooms were clean. The pool was also pretty decent. if I return to Pittsburgh for baseball, I will most likely stay here."

"Bathroom needs maintenance. Caulking black in the shower. Walltex wallpaper loose next to shower. Sink electrical outlet didn’t work. Telephone buttons broken. No answer at the front desk or housekeeping this morning when I tried to get help. Breakfast was pretty good. Check out was easy."

"Everything was tremendous until we had really bad experience at the dining, during breakfast hour at the FACTORY RESTAURANT when we encounter a white old dude recording us while we eat… when we reported the incident nothing was really done but we were just asked to switch seat. That experience was very sickening, unfair and against my human rights. I am very disappointed to the hotel staff / restaurant staff to allow such act. I will never recommend this place to anyone, such hateful and racial...

"Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light.
