"Fabulous location and a fascinating building - highly recommend the little tour that you can take to learn about the history. "This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. "

"We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. "Hotel is perfectly placed in the center of Palermo. If you want to see the historical sites of the city, this hotel is great for that. They have a private garage parking at a cost of 30€ . "This is the place to be. Noteworthy and where you can chill out forgetting the rest of the world. Courteous and professional staff, great food and plenty of activities to enjoy, e-biking, cooking classes, kayaking, walks to mention a few. The beauty and the respect for the sorrounding natural reserve makes you fall in love at first sight. We will go back to Adler Siculiana at some point as only a few 5 star hotels in Sicily can offer the same experience"

"We had an amazing experience at Casale Margherita. Very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp, scheduled taxi rides for us to surrounding areas for a fee. The gentlemen that drove us to a surrounding city and again to the bus station the next day was so wonderful, brought us for a traditional Sicilian coffee and cannoli nearby. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend. "
