"Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty . Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again "

"these people harassed and antagonized me found what looked like a camera or listening device in the bathroom isn't that illegal. white people kept bothering my car playing with my door. I had error messages on my info system telling me my door was open and my trunk. these people are prejudice it was so bad that I had to call the police. now I am being bad mouth on the internet. the policeman had no scanner he wanted me to change rooms I decided to leave there was nobody ever around in the office I let my key at the front desk and left. nice room very remote location not a lot of tenants here it's near a truck stop no store nothing in the area basically I made a wrong turn off the freeway and I regret it. I will never ever be back. "

"Room was clean, bed comfortable. But very noisy. The walls were thin as paper. People waking up at 3:30 to take showers and we can hear everyone around us."

"Our room had an exterior entrance vs. an interior entrance. I usually prefer an interior entrance for security purposes, but the area seemed safe. Some of the other rooms did have an interior entrance. I think I would have slept better if we had been located in a different area of the hotel as the garbage truck came at 4:30 am and woke us due to the loud noises while it was there. The breakfast was excellent, probably one of the best complementary breakfasts we’ve ever had at a hotel. Everything was fresh and well-stocked with friendly staff."
