"You get what you paid for"

"J’ai passé une nuit dans cet établissement et, globalement, mon séjour s’est bien déroulé. Le personnel était accueillant et l’expérience a été positive dans l’ensemble. En revanche, un point mérite d’être signalé : l’odeur de cigarette est très présente, notamment à l’accueil en raison des fumées provenant de l’intérieur du bar. Pour les non-fumeurs, cela peut être assez désagréable et donner une mauvaise première impression en arrivant. Mis à part cet aspect, le séjour a été satisfaisant."

"The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the hotel ran out of fresh towels, and we had to wait quite a while before replacements were available. While I appreciated the kindness of the staff, this inconvenience affected my overall experience, and I would likely choose to stay elsewhere on a future visit."

"I was told the pool was open, but it was so dirty my kid couldn’t swim in it. Very green. Mold in shower, big dip in bed. AC was filthy. Would not recommend"

"The initial booked room was not cleaned. It had a broken TV, empty alcohol bottles, and towels all over the beds. Then was put in another room that was decent enough, however there was mold all over the ceiling bathroom, holes in the towels, and TV broken. There was constant fights from the other people in the middle of the night so loud that it woke the family up. I normally don't mind because you pay what you get but this was the last straw. "The pool was out of order. They are renovating, but things are still broken when they are done. The hotel has a musty smell."

"The a/c in the hallway was not cooling and there was no breakfast and we stayed there two days and we didn’t get any towels or our second night we stayed."

"We asked for a nonsmoking room and it was definitely a smoking room. It smelt awful. Very limited breakfast. She said their cook called in, so they just had cereal and waffles. My daughter got a waffle and but there was only enough mix for me to get 3/4 of one."

"The room was clean, air didn't work so had to buy a fan, pillows were flat so had to buy pillows. No coffee or donuts for breakfast. Okay for the price. Oh, pool was empty and green."
