"Waffles were premade which was nice and kept people from piling up. However we booked a 2 queen bed and requested a crib and mattress for our 3 month old. We were told because we had two beds we didn’t need one, but could come back later that night and get one if we felt the need. Pool was dirty and hot tub wasn’t hot enough. We were also charged extra for a parking fee and animal fee that we were not notified about prior to booking. Laundry room was so load it sounded like it was in the room...

"The bathrooms are very dark. We stayed in a Suite and it had plenty of room. Breakfast is decent. Staff is very nice"

"Breakfast was great, we were happy and pleased. The employees were welcoming and friendly especially Vanessa. She was really nice. I was just disappointed that the hot tub was not running because it was being renovated during our stay. The very reason I chose this Best Western was because of hot tub. But of course because of the good reviews and reasonable price, I chose this place also. The place was clean."

"The hotel felt clean, and I woke up with ants in my sheets, on the nightstand and in my shoes on the floor. When I let reception know, they said they would “tell someone” and kind of laughed while smiling at me. They then asked me if I was checking out. I was left feeling like it wasn’t a new report. It was a Saturday check out and the manager had the day off. I will choose other accommodations next time. They were surprisingly hard to photograph."

"the breakfast was ok, the normal. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever been in and for some reason they offered half pillows, no normal size pillows on the bed or in the closet. The shower water pressure was a trickle..."

"No air conditioning and the room was extremely hot!! Floor filthy and had not been mopped in ages. You could tell from the dirt on underneath side of the shower matt when I picked it up. Shower pressure awful and the mattress was so old and broken down I was tempted to sleep on the floor. Hairs on bed and linen. Everything about the room was the worst I had ever experienced. I can't believe that they can call themselves a motel 6. I will never go back and I feel for anyone who has to go through...

"224 is really noise. you can hear the slide door open and close when people entire the hotel."
