I was at this hotel for the pool. I was traveling with my son (age 8 and nephew age 9). It was a one day vacation. The staff were amazing. The gentlemen that checked us in was friendly and was joking with the boys. Later in the day the boys were swimming and needed a towel and the lady at the frint desk was quick to get them. Later in the night we need once again to call the front desk as my son felt sick. Thw gentlemen at the front desk found him a basket for the just on case in the night. Overall we had a great experience and time at this hotel. Thank you.

The nice Pool was too dirty to use. This was the second visit in a row this happened to me and i know last time was due to them renting the pool to a local birthday party. The water was so murky you could not see the bottom. Also soda machine was empty and a paper cup in my room was dirty with coffee grounds.

Great hotel, surprisingly spacious rooms. We had a one bedroom 2 bathrooms suite with 2 queens and a king. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Rooms were clean and modern, fully equipped kitchen. Kids enjoyed the pool and a slide. Breakfast very basic though. Overall we were happy with our stay, would recommend.

I was very disappointed in so many ways when pulled back covers you could see someone slept in it already there where dirty dishes in the dishwasher. If there was somewhere else we could of went that night we would have. I think we should of got our money back. When I asked for an extra pillow was told no. And Extra blankets. I would like my money back but the manager was not there to find there was always no one at the desk. Must of been doing something else I have no clue but we weren’t going to wait when we where checking out . So we left without getting our money back so please send us our money back. It's not going to win any awards, but it's fine for one night or even a few days. I was worried before I arrived that I'd chosen a hotel that was too cheap, it was substantially less expensive than most other hotels in the area on the dates I was staying. But the room was clean and comfortable (though a bit worn), which was all you could really expect for $80 a night. I would stay again if i was in the area and on a budget.

Do Not Stay Here

There was no hot water and we had to take cold showers after being outside skiing all day. The room smelled like aftershave and we had to sleep with the windows open in February in Vermont. The room was grimy and gross. The kitchen sink sprayer sprayed out two different holes in the handle and leaked into the back of the sink. There was grime on the handles of the fridge/freezer and the light switches. The sheets didn't smell fresh. There was a brownish slime and beard trimmings behind the bathroom sink faucet. Overall, just gross. And when I spoke to the front desk the next morning they told me I should have called them the night before so they could fix the hot water. We had already showered and had arrived late and just wanted to go to sleep. I thought I could tell them the issues in the morning and they'd take care of me. They had no interest in giving me a full refund even though we had a terrible stay. They gave me 25% off which was something but is not satisfactory. When I got home I contacted Hotels.com and explained all of the issues to them and they called the hotel management team to ask for a refund. The hotel said they had trouble with the hot water that night (didn't tell me that when I spoke with them that morning) and that they weren't aware of the other issues (not true, I did tell them). Does it really matter anyway? If a customer had a terrible stay and the room was grimy and there wasn't hot water shouldn't they be refunded? DO NOT STAY HERE

Comfortable stay

Our stay was comfortable. Bed excellent, nice linens, friendly staff. The pool was fun, particularly the slide! Breakfast was average. Lobby is not much but rooms are good.
