"Executive room. Not set up for three. Took an hour to be set up and bedding had stains on. Took 45 minutes to get through to reception and then for the covers to be remade for our child. Really poor service"

"Excellent staff. Good room, would have preferred daylight rather than atrium. Pool - locker keys and towels provided. Would benefit from a handrail into the warm pool, I felt unsteady descending the steps. Enjoyed dinner."

"This hotel was very clean and the rooms had a lot of great details (space to hang clothes, handy shelves) and were spacious. A lot of great touches. The food was great and the staff was friendly. The covered walkway from the terminal made it convenient too!"
