"We called less than 24 hours before our stay to specifically ask about the pool and hot tub and when we got there, they were closed for repairs. The room was outdated and run down - for almost $200/night I expected a much nicer place. Walls crumbling, threadbare carpet, sliding door didn’t close properly, no plug for bathtub and it only could be filled by running the shower, very strong room air freshener, and onsite restaurant had poor service and mediocre food."

"Room was great, check-in staff were average at best would advise they found a new career , lots of promotions and direction from staff to enjoy the happy hour at bar but bar was understaffed and barman had very little training was definitely out of his depth and no happy hour prices or free nibbles as advertised had a couple drinks and as soon as other bar next door opened 90% of customers jumped ship - handy it’s close to airport though "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and it’s become my go-to choice for a quick overnight before an early flight. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short distance from the airport, which takes a lot of the stress out of early departures. They also offer paid long-stay parking along with a complimentary airport shuttle service, making the whole experience even more seamless.
The staff made a great impression—especially the receptionist, who was warm, welcoming, and very polite...
