Overall nice stay, clean rooms and friendly staff. Our only real issue was the heater in room did not work. I heard same from a few others who were staying as well. They did provide a space heater which worked well, but I did not feel safe sleeping with it on.

The Castle Hotel
The staff were excellent nothing was a bother. Room spotless but really cold. One of the staff brought a fan heater to help speed up heating the room

Queens Head Hotel
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were so helpful and friendly in the morning. We would definitely stay again when we are next up in Berwick.
