"Great overnight stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Pretty sure I got bed bug bites from this stay. This was my first hotel and I woke up with at least 6 bites on my body. Room was dusty, small holes in the sheets, AC and room smelt musty and moldy. Bed was comfort, parking was easy. Place has seen better days. Didn’t expect much for the price but do expect the room to be freshened up and cleaned with out bugs."

"Everything looked great new, modern and clean. The receptionist pleasant but unable to locate me by Expedia itinerary number or name. I had to instruct her to call Expedia .. I gave her the confirmation at that time she was able locate me.. we arrived late almost at midnight jumped in the shower no shampoo. My husband had to pick it up from reception we were on the 4th floor. Would I stay here again absolutely. Over all I rate them 5 star just little things that need attention."

"The bed was uncomfortable the fold out bed for my kids were all sunken in let's just say that couch has seen better days. I couldn't get any clean towels and we were there 3 days. I had to chase a maid down for toilet paper the tub didn't drain. The only nice thing was the pool. The hallways had a weird smell and the carpet was filthy. And I had to vacuum my own room because nobody never came to clean. Not worth the price."

"The room was clean. There was ample parking. The bed had a large dip in the middle and squeaked when you moved. The front desk attendent acted like we were an inconvenience to her day and was unable to make change without using her phones calculator to make change when given a $20 bill on a $9 purchase. All in all a decent and convenient place to stay."

The unit was quite clean when we arrived and stocked with a number of small features that most don’t think to include, but are super nice to have (like bug spray to use in the beautiful backyard), and super comfortable beds and living room lounge furniture. While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. "Great location. Staff were very helpful. Need better instructions on how to use parking garage. Breakfast was generous with many choices. TV was easy to access. Bed was comfortable. Shower in606 was a bit complicated to use. Would like more towel bars to hang for drying. Will rebook in Little Rock."
