"This is a great hotel, close to everything, clean and quiet. I had a room overlooking the side street and it was really quiet. The room was a good size with a lovely bathroom (I loved the Hunter bathroom supplies).The staff on departure were friendly and helpful. Checkin was efficient and hassle free. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends."

The only things that could be addressed is perhaps it is time for new mattresses, as the current ones have obvious dips and quicker service at the bar (we waited over 20 minutes for cocktails at 5PM on a Friday evening). Overall a gorgeous hotel, would stay again."
